All customers have to do is download the client software, sign in, and start using their systems. There will be multiple subscription and support packages to meet the needs of different organizations. Microsoft Dynamics Cloud CRM contains most of the functionality of the on premise edition. One feature that is unique to it is the ability to do bulk deletions of data.
