Also, it helps ensure funds will be available when purchases are made, providing immediate tracing upon entering transactions and encouraging effective cash planning and control.
- Account Allocations - Fixed and variable allocation accounts allow amounts to be disbursed among various accounts or departments automatically within the system without having to maintain external spreadsheets.
