Customer Management

The Fuelsoft Delivery Management module helps petroleum and propane distributors provide complete control of the customer relationship, as well as the ability to analyze sales and forecast delivery requirements. Customers can choose one or more delivery locations, each treated independently with the opportunity to define its own unique product and delivery schedule.

You can also choose your equipment records with Fuelsoft by entering basic details like model number, serial number and warranty information. This helps to set up service items, such as furnace, water heater, oil, and propane tank.

The automatic delivery dispatch system lets you create delivery tickets by territory for a particular date and will help you generate a pre-list for viewing, or automatically create the delivery tickets for you. Integration routines are also available to communicate with most onboard delivery truck computers, including MID:COM and Liquid Controls.

Service Management

The Fuelsoft Service Management module gives users a competitive edge with superior customer service operations to increase customer loyalty while fueling profitability. It helps you create a more productive work environment with tighter control over parts inventories, costs, workloads and task prioritization. You can also create service orders right from the customer card or periodic routine for any service contracts by generating, dispatching, processing and invoicing easily.

Once entered and released, service orders automatically appear on the dispatch screen assigned to the linked driver.

Mobile Service

The mobile service option is ideal for companies with mobile sales or service technicians, and enables your service teams to work more efficiently. The mobile service management application also reduces administrative costs and helps you provide better customer service since you only need to enter data once.

Inventory Control & Management

The inventory management module tightens inventory management processes, helping to increase operational efficiency across your business, improve customer service, and reduce inventory and distribution costs.

It connects inventory control, purchasing, and sales order processing with demand planning to help reduce costs, improve cash flow, and ensure you have the right stock available when you need it.

Fleet Maintenance

The Fuelsoft Fleet Maintenance module integrates with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV fixed asset system. It allows users to control and manage the entire life cycle of all equipment from acquisition to disposal. You have the ability to define a maintenance schedule, replacement parts, and create work orders automatically or manually.

It also keeps a history of all maintenance performed on the vehicle so you can track costs of parts and labour. This built-in product functionality provides all you need to keep your fleet on the road and running.

Jobs Management

The Jobs module helps users manage each phase of their jobs and projects with flexible planning, budgeting and accounting capabilities to ensure profitability every step of the way. It is easier than ever to make individual project decisions for your business, giving you single view visibility into your current and planned projects.

With Jobs, you can understand the true costs of your projects, and handle multiple job types. You can set up new jobs quickly and easily, compare actual and budgeted sales and costs in real time, and calculate the value of work-in-progress for accurate company financial statements. Tight integration of job costs and consumption with the general ledger and item tracking help you understand the big picture impact of each decision.

Accounting & Information Management

Fuelsoft provides hundreds of predefined reports to track operational, financial and clerical performance. Clients can export data for further analysis, and pinpoint performance by department, product, product group, site, and customer to identify opportunities and avoid potential problems. Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides vital up-to-the minute information for fuel distributors with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions that are fully integrated with all applications. User-defined filters and reporting options can analyze company performance and trends for any date entered.
